The Founding of the Company

In accordance with the strategy planning of China Railway Signal & Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refer to as CRSC), Beijing Urban Transit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refer to as CRSCUT) was founded on May 6th, 2010. As the wholly-owned subsidiary of CRSC, CRSCUT inherited all the personnel and business form Beijing Urban Transit Branch Company (the predecessor of CRSCUT) and is in charge of the business of urban transit area.

Company’s orientation, certification and developments

As CRSC’s main platform for realizing urban transit area’s exploration and development, CRSCUT’s orientation are as follow: to coordinate CRSC’s business developing in urban transit field and push forward the technology advancement in this area; integrating companies specialized in system design, equipment manufacturing and engineering & installation etc. to undertake comprehensive general contracting business in urban transit transportation field. In order to fulfill the above mentioned business planning, CRSCUT inherits CRSC’s certifications and achievements in the urban transit field and on behalf of CRSC undertake system integration and the bidding as well as project execution in this area. Now CRSCUT has acquired the Certificate of Quality Management System, Certificate of Environmental Management System, Certificate of Occupation Health & Safety Management System and the System Integration Certificate of Urban Transit area.

During the developing history of CRSCUT, with advanced technologies, abundant experiences and scientific management, we have successfully executed system integration projects of urban transit field in many cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Xi’an, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changchun, Dalian etc., and earned a high market share as well as the approval and support from all circles.
